While he ultimately returned against the Terrapins, his shoulder injury status was in question ahead of this weekend’s bout against No. 2 Ohio State at the Big House; however, he gave a positive update on Tuesday evening.

Michael Barrett, a sixth-year linebacker for the Maize and Blue, has been on both the winning and losing sides of this rivalry, and with perhaps the most important Michigan-Ohio State game of all time just a few days out, he is not about to miss “The Game” for anything.

“It has been going great,” Michigan football linebacker Michael Barrett said Tuesday. “It feels way better. Treatment has been going good, so I’ll be ready to go on Saturday — definitely. Nothing is going to stop me from (playing against Ohio State).”
