The Steelers have added over a dozen free-agents and seven rookies from the 2023 NFL Draft to their roster this offseason. However, Pro Football Focus believes there is one more move left to be made.
PFF says Pittsburgh should sign inside linebacker Rashaan Evans, whom the Steelers showed interest in during the 2018 NFL Draft process.

Evans, who is still only 27, is coming off the best season of his career, posting a career-high 159 tackles as well as two sacks, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.
The five-year veteran is searching for his third home since entering the league as a first-round pick in 2018 and Pittsburgh could be the perfect spot.
The Steelers have completely rebuilt their inside linebacker room this offseason, signing Cole Holcomb and Elandon Roberts, cutting Myles Jack and letting Devin Bush and Robert Spillane walk.
However, after not addressing the room further in the draft, Pittsburgh should consider adding to it once again before the start of the season, and Evans would be a nice addition.
The Steelers also have about $7.3 million in cap space. So, money isn't an issue as Pittsburgh decides how it wants to round out its roster for 2023.
