On Thursday, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that Sullivan was in Minnesota for a visit.
Initially signed by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2018, Sullivan played five games for the Eagles as a rookie.
The Eagles cut Sullivan after the 2018 season. He was then signed by the Packers.
Sullivan played three seasons in Green Bay, making 20 starts in 48 games, compiling five interceptions and 84 tackles.
